South Beach is where The Neighbourhood Sauna began. Set back on the grass at the north end of the South Beach
Recreational Reserve in South Fremantle, across from Sealanes, our sauna sits close enough to the coast that you
can feel the shift before your session even starts.
This is traditional Finnish sauna the way it has always worked — heat, cold, repeat. Come early and catch the light
coming in off the water, or come at noon and feel the full weight of the day lift. Sessions are communal and unhurried.
Come alone, bring a friend, or simply show up and see who is there.
Conclude your one-hour session with complimentary tea or electrolytes. Stay as long as you like.
