Join us for a Cha Dao Tea Ceremony with Ai-Ling @blueapocalypse

This is an invitation to slow down and take a pause amid the busyness and distractions of modern life. Living organic Chinese tea will be shared as a plant medicine in the ritual of ceremony, with each bowl providing a meditative experience to cultivate inner harmony, mindfulness and connection.

There will be a few moments at the end for discussion, reflection and questions.

An intimate experience, limited to 10 tea guests.
