Mini Somatic Sessions with Shannon Palmer - The Tea House

  • The Tea House 147 South Terrace Fremantle, WA, 6160 Australia (map)

mini somatic sessions with shannon palmer

Join Shannon Palmer for 25 minutes of 1:1 body-led support in a cosy nook at the Neighbourhood Sauna Tea House.

These sessions are a little taste of somatic practice; a mid-week opportunity to slow down, notice your body, and leave feeling a little lighter, more steady, and at home in your skin.

Pick Your Path

When you book, you'll choose one of the options below. This helps you focus on what matters most right now, and gives me a sense of how to shape our time together.

Embodied Intention Setting
Maybe there’s something ahead of you – a conversation, a season, a shift. We slow down and listen for what feels true in your body, following the quiet pull of desire or aliveness. From there, we shape a simple, embodied way forward.

Decision Alignment
Bring the choice you’re circling and together we’ll gently sense into each option and notice your body’s response – where there’s ease, where there’s contraction, where something softens. Your body often knows more than you think.

Self-Connection
This is a chance to pause and settle. With breath, attention and small grounding movements, we help your nervous system recalibrate. You leave feeling clearer, steadier and more like you again.

Curiosity About Somatics
A gentle introduction to working with the body as a guide. You’ll explore how your system signals safety, tension and alignment, through small, simple experiments. No experience needed, just curiosity.

How to Arrive

Arrive a little early and give yourself a moment to soak in the stunning Tea House. I recommend wearing something comfortable, bringing an open heart and a curious mind, and allowing yourself sometime after your session to linger with your tea or journal.

When: Wednesday 11 March, from 4:30pm
Where: The Tea House, 147 South Terrace, Fremantle
Ticket price: $55 per session, inclusive of a pot of tea for one to enjoy before or after your session
