Learn Vedic Meditation in a clear, supportive way - a simple, time-tested practice designed to fit into real life.
Originating in India and backed by decades of research, it’s a mantra-based technique practised for 20 minutes, twice a day, sitting comfortably with your eyes closed.
There’s no need to concentrate or control the mind - the practice works naturally, allowing the body to rest deeply and release accumulated stress. Over time, many people notice more calm, steady energy, and a greater sense of clarity and connection in everyday life.
Taught in four sessions over four consecutive days, the course gives you everything you need to practise independently, with guidance you can return to anytime.
