Learn Vedic Meditation in a clear, supportive way - a simple, time-tested practice designed to fit into real life.
Originating in India and backed by decades of research, it’s a mantra-based technique practised for around 20 minutes, twice a day, sitting comfortably with your eyes closed. There’s no need to concentrate or control the mind - the practice works naturally, allowing the body to rest deeply and release accumulated stress.
Over time, many people notice more calm, steady energy and a greater sense of clarity and connection in everyday life. Taught in four session over four consecutive days, the course gives you everything you need to practise independently, with guidance you can return to anytime.
The course is taught by Elliot Smith, a certified Vedic Meditation teacher trained in the foothills of the Himalayas by Thom Knoles and initiated into the Shankaracharya tradition of India.
The April course runs Saturday 18 April – Tuesday 21 April.
